SALES
CONTRACT
The following terms and conditions constitute a pet adoption contract
between:

These terms and conditions are entered into and agreed upon by both the
buyer and seller and they acknowledge the moral and legal worth of this
contract.
AGREEMENT:
This pig(s) is sold for the price of $425.00.
The choice, in descending order, of each pig(s) from a specific litter is based
on the date the seller receives the deposit and signed contract from the buyer.
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit has been received, by means of Money Order to
ensure the selection order and adoption of a pig(s).
The deposit will be transferred to the next available piglet of choice produced
by Ponderosa Mini Farm, should the deposit for a specific litter not produce
the pig(s) of choice for the buyer.
The buyer understands that this may mean a longer wait for their pig(s) than
originally anticipated.
The buyer will automatically forfeit the $250.00 deposit should the buyer for
any reason decided to cancel this contract due to the fact the buyer is
receiving a guaranteed adoption placement of a piglet by the seller.
The cost for the veterinarian examination, health paper, and shipping, as well
as other incidental expenses relating to the purchase and shipping of the pig(s)
is at the BuyerÕs expense.

SELLER GUARANTEES:
To provide a pig(s) that is a healthy, well adjusted pet.
To provide a pig(s) that is up-to-date on all vaccinations and worming.
To provide a pig(s) that are neutered and/or spayed.
To provide a Certified Health Certificate from a licensed Veterinarian, should
the pig be traveling across a state line.
To provide registration papers from a recognized Potbellied Pig Registry.
To provide a pig(s) that is healthy for up to seven days from the date of
shipment. At the option and expense of the Buyer, an examination by a licensed
veterinarian of Buyer's choice can be made during this guarantee time. Should
the licensed Veterinarian certify in writing that the pig(s) is unhealthy an
evaluation will be made by the Seller to either pay the Veterinarian fees
related to healing the pig(s) or to replace the pig(s) with a pig(s) of equal
value. All travel costs related to the replacement of the guaranteed
pig(s) are at the BuyerÕs expense.
To provide a pig(s) that is free from genetic defect. Should a licensed
veterinarian certify in writing that the pig(s) died due to a genetic defect,
the pig(s) will be replaced by a pig(s) of equal value. All travel costs
related to the replacement of the guaranteed pig(s) are at the BuyerÕs expense.
To provide continuing consultation and guidance relating to the care and
training, throughout the life of the pig(s).
BUYER GUARANTEES:
To provide a loving home for the life of this pig(s).
To make a concerted effort to find an appropriate private pet home for the
pig(s) should the Buyer is unable or unwilling to keep this pig(s).
To immediately notify the Seller if the Buyer is unable to find an appropriate
pet home for the pig(s).
To not place the pig(s) in a shelter or sanctuary.
To transfer ownership of the pig(s) to the Seller if the buyer is unable to
keep the pig(s).
To ship the pig(s) to the seller and assume all costs related to the
transportation of the pig(s) to the Seller.
This agreement is made to protect the buyer, seller, and most importantly the
pig(s).
